Shree Parshwanath Seva Sansthan, Bhilwara Donation Refund Policy

Shree Parshwanath Seva Sansthan, Bhilwara is dedicated to handling donations with the utmost care and ensuring that they are processed according to the instructions provided by our donors, both online and offline.

Case 1: Double Transaction or Incorrect Amount Entered:

If a double transaction occurs or an incorrect amount is entered, donors are required to send an email to info@spssbhilwara.org with a valid reason. After verifying the transaction details and assessing the justification in line with our donation acceptance policy, the donated amount will be refunded. However, any transaction charges incurred will be the responsibility of the donor. This process will be completed within 30 days from the date the request email is received.

Case 2: Transaction Cancelled During Processing but Amount Debited:

If a donor cancels a transaction during the processing period and the amount is debited from their account but not credited to Shree Parshwanath Seva Sansthan, Bhilwara account, Shree Parshwanath Seva Sansthan, Bhilwara is not liable for issuing a refund. The donor must resolve this issue directly with their bank or payment provider. Shree Parshwanath Seva Sansthan, Bhilwara will assist to the best of its ability within its limits.
