Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Shri Parshwanath Seva Sansthan, we strive to provide timely and efficient delivery of any material, resource or product associated with our programs and initiatives. Please read our Shipping and Delivery Policy to understand how the delivery process is managed.

Shipping of Educational and Resource Materials

• For students and participants enrolled in our educational programs, course materials, books and resources may be delivered digitally or physically, depending on the nature of the program.
• Physical materials will be sent to the address provided at the time of registration. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address is provided.
• Digital resources will be sent via email or made available through our online platform, with access instructions provided accordingly.

Shipping Areas

• Currently, we provide shipping services within India. For any international shipping requests, please contact us directly to check availability and associated costs.
• Some remote locations may not be serviceable. In such cases, alternate arrangements will be discussed with the participant.

Shipping Charges

• For most educational resources provided under our programs, shipping is free within India.
• Any additional resources or materials requested by participants that are outside the scope of the program may incur shipping charges. These will be clearly communicated prior to dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes

• We aim to dispatch all orders within 5-7 working days of registration or payment confirmation, depending on material availability.
• Standard delivery times range from 7-14 working days, depending on destination.
• Unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes or logistical issues may cause delays, and in such cases, we will keep participants informed about the status of their shipment.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and related details will be shared with you via email or SMS. You can use this to track the progress of your delivery.
• If you encounter any problems or delays, please contact our support team for assistance.

Undelivered or Lost Shipments

• If the shipment is not delivered within the estimated time frame, please notify us within 10 days of the expected delivery date.
• If the shipment is lost or not delivered due to incorrect address details provided by the participant, Shree Parshwanath Seva Sansthan will not be responsible for the loss. However, we will assist in resolving the issue and, if possible, resend the material with additional shipping charges.
• If the shipment is lost due to courier error, we will either resend the material at no additional cost or provide a refund, depending on the situation.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

• If any items are delivered in damaged condition or wrong items are received, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will arrange for a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
• Please provide photographic evidence of the damaged item(s) along with your order details when requesting a replacement.

Return and Exchange Policy

• Returns or exchanges of content are generally not permitted, unless the content delivered is incorrect or damaged.
• In case of any problems, please contact our support team, and we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Special Cases: Humanitarian and Welfare Packages

• Any items or products (e.g., food, clothing or medical assistance) provided as part of our humanitarian efforts are delivered based on availability and need. Delivery times and terms for these items may vary and will be clearly stated during the delivery process.
• Such items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to their nature.
