Educational and Vocational Programs

• Participants enrolled in our educational or vocational programs must follow the rules and regulations set by Shree Parshwanath Seva Sansthan.
• Attendance, punctuality and commitment to the course are mandatory for continued participation.
• In case of failure to meet the standards, the Sansthan reserves the right to terminate the participation of the participant.

Scholarships and Financial Aid

• Scholarships and financial aid are awarded based on merit and need. The selection process is transparent, and decisions are made at the discretion of the institution's board.
• Any misuse or misrepresentation of information provided during the application process may lead to disqualification or cancellation of the scholarship.
• Scholarships are subject to periodic review, and consistent academic performance is required to maintain benefits.

Research, Publications, and Intellectual Property

• Any research, intellectual contribution or creative work done under the programs of Shri Parshwanath Seva Sansthan shall remain the property of the Sansthan unless otherwise specified.
• Publications, articles, journals and creative works produced by the Sansthan or under its banner may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

Cultural and Social Activities

• Participation in cultural and social activities is voluntary. However, participants are expected to maintain decorum and respect the values ​​promoted by the Institute.
• The Institute is not responsible for any personal injury, loss or damage caused during participation in such events.

Use of Facilities and Resources

• All available facilities, including the library, laboratories, hostels and playgrounds, must be used responsibly and in accordance with the rules set by the institute.
• Any damage or misuse of resources will be subject to penalties, including repair costs or expulsion from the program.

Confidentiality and Privacy

• Personal information collected during the enrollment process will be kept confidential and will be used only for purposes related to the Institute's programs and initiatives.
• The Institute will not share or disclose personal data without consent, except as required by law.

Amendments to Programs

• Shri Parshwanath Seva Sansthan reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any of its programs, services or initiatives without prior notice.
• Participants will be notified of significant changes, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate ongoing commitments.

Non-Profit Status

• Shri Parshwanath Seva Sansthan operates as a non-profit organization. All funds, donations and financial resources are used only to support our mission of education, empowerment and community welfare.

Compliance with Laws

• All activities and services of Shri Parshwanath Seva Sansthan are conducted in compliance with local and national laws. Participants are expected to maintain these standards and respect the legal framework in which the institution operates.

Dispute Resolution

• In case of any dispute or complaint, participants can approach the Board of the Institute for resolution. The decision of the Board will be final and binding.

Liability

• Shri Parshwanath Seva Sansthan will not be liable for any direct, indirect or incidental damages arising out of participation in our programs or use of our facilities.

By participating in any of Shree Parshwanath Seva Sansthan's programs or initiatives, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. The Sansthan reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time, and it is the participant's responsibility to remain informed of any changes.
